  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with all tags, dust bags, and protective covers included.
  • Products showing signs of wear, stains, scratches, or damage after delivery will not be eligible for return.
  • Sale, clearance, or promotional items cannot be returned unless defective upon arrival.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and product care reasons, used handbags, clutches, or customized items cannot be returned or exchanged.
